Supporting parents of premature babies throughout the life cycle<\/strong><\/p>

Premature birth is a challenging journey that accompanies parents throughout their child's life. From the moment of birth until the premature baby's adulthood, parents need professional, emotional, and social support to cope with the unique challenges they face.<\/p>

Pregnancy at Risk: Reinforcement and Support<\/strong><\/p>

A high-risk pregnancy, especially when there is a risk of premature birth, is a sensitive stage that requires close guidance and support. In such cases, the Lahav Association offers dedicated groups such as "Hello, you are already in Highrisk.<\/a>". This group was established for women who are currently in a high-risk pregnancy, and who are in danger of premature birth. The group is the place to raise questions (both concrete and silly and big and important ones), and also the place to raise needs, fears, and concerns.<\/p>

The group is accompanied by volunteers from the Lahav Association, who are also mothers of premature babies. We wish you a timely birth, but even if not \u2013 we are here.<\/p>

The group was established with the understanding that those who have experienced premature birth and premature motherhood arrive at the next pregnancy planning and pregnancy itself with all of these experiences accompanying them.\u00a0<\/p>

Sometimes the mere thought of getting pregnant brings back memories and fears, and the need to share them with someone who understands arises.\u00a0<\/p>

Beginning: Premature birth support<\/strong><\/p>

In prematurity, parents deal with feelings of helplessness, stress, and fear of the unknown. In this situation, emotional support is essential. Professionals such as social workers and lactation consultants help parents adjust to and understand their child's medical condition. The association offers a hotline and telephone support, along with support groups. Facebook<\/a> and-WhatsApp<\/a> The parents connect with other parents who are going through similar experiences. Each group has its own group. In addition, there is a support group for everyone involved.
