In Israel, approximately 15,000 premature babies are born each year. Alongside the medical challenges, there are families who need guidance, information, a listening ear, and a sense of security.
The Lahav Association works to support parents, promote the rights of premature babies and their families, and bring about real change on the ground – in hospitals, with decision-makers, and in public discourse.
Most of our activities are based on volunteers from all over the country – parents of premature babies, professionals, high-tech workers, students, retirees, schoolchildren, and people who simply want to donate.
Everyone brings themselves – and we make sure to connect you to a place where you can do good.
