Ella Biran, Chairman
Owner of a writing and copywriting services business, mother of premature twins born at 29 weeks. Since 2007, she has been involved in resource development in non-profit organizations and served as a board member of an Ethiopian immigrant association for three years. Volunteer at LHV since 2022 on the social and digital media team, and also assists and advises on resource development issues.

Daniel Zitter
Daniel is an industrial and management engineer and a PMP certified by the global umbrella organization for project management, the PMI. Daniel specializes in helping organizations improve their project management world and thus help the organization's bottom line. Daniel loves the project management profession very much and especially loves accompanying organizations in stages of change, through the pain to the turning point and success. Daniel joined the association in 2022 and has been actively and continuously volunteering since then, with an emphasis on promoting income-generating projects.
Yaniv Mordechai
Father of Daniel, a premature baby born at 26 weeks weighing 700 grams, who spent 73 days in Sheba. He is an accountant with a master's degree in accounting from Bar-Ilan University and the owner of an accounting firm. His office has been providing voluntary services to several health care organizations for over 12 years, and as a volunteer at the organization, he focuses on streamlining financial management and budget control.

Ronit Rofe Hadari
Mother of Noam, Ratem and Hila. Noam and Ratem are twins, born at week 34. Has a bachelor's degree in education and sociology from Bar Ilan University and a master's degree in educational administration from Tel Aviv University. For the past two decades, she has managed an education system in a regional council. As of May 2025, she has served as the association's CEO.

Liron Lichtenstein
Mother of Leah, born in 2020, week 30, birth weight 750 grams. Has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, an additional bachelor's degree in law, and a law license. Serves as chair of the audit committee starting in June 2024.
Moriah Castiel Even-Tzur
Moriah Castiel Even-Tzur, mother of Nadav, born in 2008, week 31. Has a bachelor's degree in medical sciences from Tel Aviv University. Active in the association since 2010, member of the association's audit committee.
