The Lahav Association – For Premature Babies in Israel operates the hotline, which provides initial assistance to parents of premature babies through volunteers from the association.
The line provides a listening ear and initial guidance in areas such as:
📌 Exercising rights
📌 Mediation to professional and therapeutic entities
📌 Initial support and guidance

We are currently looking for a volunteer to answer the phone twice a week (about an hour each time).

✨ Volunteering is done from home, allowing you to be a significant address for parents in critical moments.

💡 Suitable for an empathetic, patient person, with good interpersonal skills and a desire to help.
